By studying the commercial centers built in the city, we discovered that most of these centers receive less attention on their upper floors. In this project, we have decided to intervene in the typology of city commercial centers. Instead of creating a solid volume, we see it as smaller units surrounding a square, which, in a way, is born along the neighborhood. This square, surrounded by commercial shops, provides a space for local residents and tourists to spend their time and will witness a constant flow of visitors. The project consists of two distinct faces. One face is oriented towards the neighborhood and the traditional houses of the north, while the other side is adjacent to the main highway. This duality indicates that a local face takes shape along the alleys, while the other side, with a simple, thatched-like appearance, faces the highway. This creates a sense of curiosity and exploration for the audience, which is precisely what is observed in local markets. Markets, due to their small, granular structure, allow the audience to have visual contact throughout the entire path. By integrating this important element into a solid volume that was previously considered the current shopping center, we aim to provide a new experience in the use of commercial centers, eliminating hierarchical levels and ensuring that all levels have equal value. The user will continuously desire to discover all spaces and areas.
